Morning: Meeting with your personal guide in Paris. Transfer by luxury minibus to Champagne region.
Extensive personalised tour of Ruinart Champagne House followed by a lunch in a magnificent vaulted dining room.
Afternoon: Guided tour of Reims. A cultural walking tour of the city’s historic sites, including one of the greatest cathedrals of France, both for its’ history and architecture, the Notre Dame Cathedral, St. Remi Basilica (necropolis of the first kings of France), the Gallo-Roman Cryptoportique, the Cathedral Treasury at Tau Place (monuments listed as World Heritage).
You will travel along the Champagne Tourist Route, past neatly tended vineyards.
Transfer to the 4 star hotel**** La Briqueterie in Epernay.
Dinner and Night at the hotel.

Morning: Chocolate classes at Ecole du Chocolat of Vincent Dallet in Epernay. The classes will of course be followed by a chocolate tasting of, for example, liqueur-filled chocolate champagne bubbles and corks.
Traditional champagne lunch served in the cellar.
Afternoon: Visit and wine tasting at Champagne de Castellane.
Dinner at Moët et Chandon Champagne House.
Night at the hotel**** La Briqueterie in Epernay.

Noon: Lunch at Manoir de Verzy which belongs to Veuve Clicquot Champagne House, located in the heart of the Champagne vineyards.
Three course lunch will be served, inclusive of three different vintage wines, mineral water and coffee, hosted by a senior Winemaker from the Clicquot House. Further fascinating insight will be gained through their knowledge and anecdotes.
