4 Days / 3 Nights - 6 persons minimum
Morning: Welcome in Paris. Departure in private luxury minibus in the direction of Chablis.

Late morning:
Visit and wine tasting at Château Long-Depaquit in Chablis. Tasting of some prestigious crus produced by the domaine, famous grand cru la Moutonne - Monopole du Château.

Noon: Cold lunch at Château Long-Depaquit. Walking tour in the vineyard; initiation to the work in the vineyard and the growing methods used today.

Afternoon : Departure for the region of Beaune. Check-in the 4 star hotel**** Hostellerie du Cedre in the center of Beaune.

Dinner and night in the hotel.

After the breakfast, departure for a tour of the Beaune market. An original approach of Burgundy’s gastronomy with short stops at specialties’ stands.
Guided visit of the Hospices de Beaune.


Noon : Transfer by minibus to Côte de Beaune, to the beautiful manor house in the middle of the vineyards.
Visit and wine tasting at the property, followed by a cold lunch.

In the afternoon you will follow the scenic route in the renowned wine-making villages : Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet ...

Late afternoon: Wine tasting in the family owned domaine situated in the Côte de Beaune. Back to Beaune.
Gastronomic dinner at restaurant in Beaune (1* Michelin rated restaurant).

Night in the Hotel**** in Beaune.

Morning: Meeting with your personal guide. Departure in minibus for the Côte de Nuits.
Guided visit of the château Clos de Vougeot.

Noon : Visit and wine tasting at the Domaine Drouhain-Laroze in Gevrey Chambertin followed by a lunch with the domaine wines, served in the cellar.
On the way back to Beaune scenic route in the renowned wine-making villages of the Cote de Nuits - Gevrey-Chambertin, Vougeot, la Romanée-Conti… On the way, stop at the Romanée-Conti vineyard and at the Grands Crus crossing.

Visit of the ferme Fruirouge in Concoeur, in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. A small production of traditional jams and other products from small red fruits, most notably blackcurrant liquor (“crême de cassis”).

Back to Beaune. Gastronomic dinner at restaurant in Levernois (1* Michelin rated restaurant).

Back to Beaune to the hotel.

Late morning: Departure by minibus to Paris.
